Prices are per room per day and include breakfast (bedrooms only), linen and towels.
The rooms are cleaned daily, the apartments at the end of the stay.
Linen and towels are changed weekly.
 
In case of reservation will be required to pay a deposit, via bank transfer, the amount of the first night for stays of up to 3 nights, or 30% of the total amount for stays of longer duration.

In case of cancellation shall prevail the date in which the cancellation notice will be given.If the cancellation notice will be given 20 days prior to the arrival date, the deposit will be totally refunded, otherwise it will be retained.
